Jeff Troy is a project management and implementation specialist with more than 20 years of experience in call-center, donor, and data management. He is the Director of Business Performance for The Potter’s House/T.D. Jakes Ministries. In his current capacity, Jeff manages projects, logistics, and service protocols that touch thousands of constituents daily from around the world. He is no stranger in building teams, advising executives, and successfully supporting the Marketing team, Strategy team, and Call Center operations in a non-profit environment. A native of Miami, Florida, Jeff currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
