Antar Muhammad joined The Potter’s House Church in 1997. As a faithful member, he initially volunteered his time and talents by serving in the Safety & Hospitality Departments. His volunteer efforts were exhibited in such an excellent matter that it opened up the opportunity for him to work in full-time ministry. In 2008, he joined the ministry staff as a full-time employee, continuing his service to the kingdom of God with excellence and integrity. Holding multiple positions within the organization, he now serves as Executive Coordinator for Bishop Jakes. His duties include maintaining and coordinating Bishop Jakes’ calendar, schedule planning, and logistical planning both domestically and internationally. Careful examination of his meticulous execution of handling the affairs, business ventures, and presentation of Bishop Jakes, it’s easy to see that he is an asset to leadership and knows how to serve in every setting from the pulpit to the boardroom. Recently, he expanded his training and education by completing The Protocol School of Washington, where he went through extensive training on internal protocol, business etiquette, and image training. His day to day tasks in his role are extensive, multi-functional, and ever changing. However, he still finds time to balance his career, calling, and the caring for his family.

Lance, a tech veteran with 30+ years’ experience, has built a multifaceted career in technology spanning a myriad of disciplines, from cyber security, data warehousing,  e-commerce, streaming, cloud technologies, virtualization, and convergence, among others. His wheelhouse in technology was cultivated early in his career, when he was recruited by Airfone. There, he played a critical engineering role in pioneering aviation technology for the world’s first public use air-to-ground communications system onboard commercial airliners. Such innovations paved the way for inflight communications and entertainment today. Life after Airfone and a brief post teaching semiconductors, digital technologies, and robotics at his alma mater, Lance relocated to Virginia Beach to head the computer and network engineering programs for Computer Dynamics Institute. Following CDI, he served as Senior Network Engineer and Manager for The Christian Broadcasting Network for 10 years.

In 2000, Lance began advising The Potter’s House on tech initiatives. To this end, he moved to Dallas in 2003, to join the 30,000-member organization’s staff as the Director of IT.  In addition to overseeing the mega-ministry’s technology space, Lance manages the ministry’s streaming and website infrastructure, which hosts millions of unique visitors every year.

Lance is an authoritative innovator whose ambition rests on exploring solutions to solve complex challenges. She initially began working in ministry, serving in the Music Department as a singer, musician and choir director. Her musical background began as a young child, born into a ministry family where music was an intricate part of her family’s lifestyle. She remained active in the music ministry throughout her life up until 2005.

Beverly Robinson

Beverly is no novice to ministry and comes with well over 35 years in Office and Administrative support experience. Academically, Beverly graduated from Beckley College in Beckley, WV in 1977 with an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science. She began her administrative career at FMRS Mental Health Clinic located in Beckley, WV where she remained for five years. During her tenure at FMRS, she worked in various capacities, including the medical records department and later the billing department as a billing clerk. In February, 1983 she married Lawrence Robinson and relocated to Charleston, WV where she continued in the administrative professional field at Shawnee Hills Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center. She was employed there for six years. While at Shawnee Hills, Beverly worked as an Assistant to a team of counselors, clinicians and psychologists. She also worked as an Intake Clerk to process new patients.

In 1984, Beverly became Executive Secretary to the Department Chair for Natural and Biological Science; who was later promoted to the Dean of Academic Affairs at West Virginia State College in Institute, WV. Upon her reassignment, the Dean transferred Beverly and she was promoted to Executive Secretary to the Dean of Academic Affairs. She remained in that role for eight years, resigned in good standing and began her current full time ministry assignment and employment as Executive Assistant to Bishop T. D. Jakes; his first hired employee. The first 4 years of her position were in West Virginia, prior to the ministry’s move to Dallas, TX, in 1996. She continues to maintain that position where she is responsible for handling all the day to day operations of the Executive Office specifically related to Bishop Jakes’ correspondences, communications, and appointments both locally and nationally.

Beverly is a former member of the Los Colinas Chapter of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals). She is currently serving her 2nd year on the Advisory Board of the Dallas Admin Awards.

She co-founded and co-chairs the Board of Directors for “C.E.A.S.E.” Inc. (a Christian Executive and Administrative Assistant Support Staff Empowerment) group designed for support staff. Their mission is to equip, support, mentor and minister to individuals who work and serve in Christian ministry especially in Executive/Administrative Assistant positions.
