Tina Naidoo, MSSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker serving as the Executive Director of the Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative, a prisoner reentry program of The Potter’s House Church in Dallas, TX led by Bishop T.D. Jakes. Mrs. Naidoo has over 19 years of social service experience. Her broad array of experiences has equipped her to research and develop programs to better meet the needs of those at risk and in jeopardy of re-offending. On a national level, Mrs. Naidoo has been invited to present innovative ideas at conferences and roundtable discussions revolving around prisoner reentry, some of which include the National Summit on Prisoner Reentry, The Charles Koch Institute Advancing Justice Summit, The Second Chance Act Conference in Washington, D.C., and The Reconciled Church Summit. She holds a Master’s of Science in Social Work and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners. Tina Naidoo’s most valued treasures are those found in her role as a loving wife to Attorney Shaun Naidoo, and proud mom to three beautiful children!
